For Her is the second candle from the Signature collection where a portion of the candles profits will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.
Crackling woodwick candle
Fragrance:
Top notes: Jersey Caramel, Cream
Mid notes: Flaked Coconut
Base notes: Sweet, French Vanilla
Ingredients: Made with natural lead-free cotton wicks and the highest quality non-toxic coconut soy blend wax, for a burn that is pure, creamy and fragrant.
No Parabens. No Silicones. No PEGs.
Instructions: Trim wicks to 7 mm before each use using scissors or a wick trimmer. If wicks are too short the wax may not burn all the way to the edge (tunnelling), and if too long the wicks may appear to mushroom causing black soot to form on the glass.
Place candle in a non-draughty area, away from small children, pets and flammable material.
Do not burn for less than one hour or more than four hours at a time.
The story behind the For Her Candle
You meet so many incredible people throughout a journey of being unwell. The best way to describe it is you’re a member of this exclusive group that no one wants to be apart of but the people you come across and build relationships with leave a mark on your life and heart. That’s what happened when we came across Tayla’s story, diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in August of 2019. Our paths crossed through mutual friends, receiving treatment at the same time and exchanging war stories.
When the For her candle was created it was for Tayla and she was instantly in for forefront of our mind alongside all the other incredible women we had come across over the past year. How could we make something she would be proud of?
We approached Tayla and asked if there were any scents that brought her comfort throughout her journey and she mentioned that she would lite a salted caramel candle. What made this so special was it wasn’t just fragrance that she enjoyed alone but one she would share with her alongside husband.
The silver lining of this story is that after a year of communicating Cassandra and Tayla, over a exchange of the For Her candle finally met.
