Ocean Dawn is one of our all time favourites. The story behind this candle is simple and sweet, after the news of our founders remission from Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma it was a constant wish of hers that as soon as she was able, and this ordeal was behind her.
She would dive into the ocean.
And on the morning of the 7th of June 2020, in remission and with her husband by her side they dived into the freezing cold ocean at 7.21am. It was cold and salty and fresh and there wasn't a person in sight. That is this candle for us. Its fresh and crisp and feels like the mist in the air on that very day. It takes us back to that moment but also gives us emboldening strength to solider on.
This is how the Ocean Dawn candle was born
Fragrance:
Top notes: Aquatic, Sea Salt, Green, Lemongrass, Juicy Pineapple, Tahitian Lime, Sweet Orange
Mid notes: Salty Lavender, Lotus Blossom, Wild Rose, Geranium
Base notes: Driftywood, White, Cedar, Patchouli, Musk
Crackling wooden wick
Ingredients: Made with natural lead-free cotton wicks and the highest quality non-toxic coconut soy blend wax, for a burn that is pure, creamy and fragrant.
No Parabens. No Silicones. No PEGs.
Instructions: Trim wicks to 7 mm before each use using scissors or a wick trimmer. If wicks are too short the wax may not burn all the way to the edge (tunnelling), and if too long the wicks may appear to mushroom causing black soot to form on the glass.
Place candle in a non-draughty area, away from small children, pets and flammable material.
Do not burn for less than one hour or more than four hours at a time.
